A state rugby champion, an All-American wrestler, and a college athlete, Treven learned early on that strength isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and forged in the moments when you get knocked down... and choose to rise. At just nine years old, Treven stepped into the world of fitness — and never looked back. By eleven, he was shredded. By his teens, he was obsessed with health, nutrition, and unlocking the body’s potential. But his story doesn’t stop at personal glory , it expands into purpose. Inspired to make a difference, Treven turned his passion into a platform, becoming an online fitness coach and influencer, helping people across the country find their own strength, confidence, and joy.
